ABOUT OUR TRAINING
In this three-day intensive Marketo training course, we’ll take you through the fundamentals of Marketo so you can get the most out of your Marketo instance. Whether you are a beginner looking for Marketo training to help you get to grips with the basics and run your first Marketo campaigns or you have some experience using Marketo and want to pick up some advanced tips and tricks to drive efficiencies, scale and best practice, this is the training for you.
After the Marketo training course you’ll be ready to demonstrate your skills and should have all the knowledge you need take the Marketo Associate Certification (MCA) exam. You’ll also get a complimentary user manual developed with all of JTF Marketing’s best practices ready to refer back to when you return to your desk!
An introduction to Marketing Automation: what it is, why we use it, the Marketo platform overview including: lead database, smart vs. static lists, design studio, assets, marketing activities, reporting, and getting hands-on with our email send scenarios
Best practice campaign management including best practice folder structure, CRM infrastructure versus Marketo and sync, fields and tokens, channels and tags, forms, progressive profiling, landing pages, smart campaigns, dynamic segmentations, customised reports. Plus getting hands-on with our trigger campaign scenario and event set-up scenario
Getting familiar with advanced features including revenue model reporting, Launchpoint and ecosystem admin functionality such as field management, third party solutions and APIs. Plus getting hands-on with our basic nurture campaign scenario, lead scoring model scenario, and attribution and reporting scenario
