JTF Marketing Helps Sumo Logic Execute & Manage Regional Marketing Operations

Sumo Logic is a rapidly growing technology company that had recently IPO’d before starting to work with JTF Marketing. They needed to support their regional marketers with marketing operations in EMEA and APAC.

Shannon’s team builds the systems that capture the leads that come into Sumo Logic’s systems. But the small team needed agile support to decrease lead time and relieve members from having to wake up at 2:00 A.M. to run events in Asia-Pacific or European time zones.

Solution

JTF Marketing provides agile and responsive MarOps support. It helped Sumo Logic, which had just IPO’d, roll out its EMEA webinar series. JTF Marketing ran ops for EMEA and APAC webinars, and assisted in tasks like list loads to decrease lead follow-up time.

Since starting to work together in 2020, JTF Marketing and Sumo Logic continue to work together in a successful partnership in 2024. JTF Marketing now provides Marketo support to Sumo Logic’s Marketing Operations team in North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Key areas of focus include support with events, webinars, trade shows, content syndication programs, multitouch syndication programs, and any other business requirements. This support allows Sumo’s small Marketing Operations team to free up their time and focus on strategic initiatives.
